What You Will Do:

  • Process Consignment iSAM Uploads and Audits
  • Primary point of contact for receiving and routing incoming iSAM Support calls and emails
  • Manage and follow up work queue requests and task lists daily
  • Process and print iSAM Barcode requests
  • Responsible for running and reviewing various iSAM Reports
  • Process various reports for SupplyFORCE and other
  • Project Manage iSAM Setups, Audits, Changes, and Shutdowns
  • Work with Operations Manager to design new processes and procedures as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

What You Will Bring:

  • Detail and Process oriented
  • Eclipse experience desirable
  • Electrical product knowledge and industry experience a plus
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel (Advanced), Word
  • Strong communication skills, written, verbal, and listening
  • Work cooperatively with team members and customers, with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT)

 

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

  • Office environment
  • Frequent phone and computer usage
  • Usual 40-hour work-week Monday through Friday, however, based on business needs evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required
  • Hybrid Position requires regular and reliable attendance both on-site and work-from-home
