• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and challenges, subsequently developing individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapies.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to each client's unique experiences and recovery roadmap.
• Maintain accurate and secure clinical records, complying with HIPAA regulations and internal standards to uphold client confidentiality.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide comprehensive care, attending regular meetings to discuss cases and optimize therapeutic approaches.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in peer consultations and reviews, keeping informed of the latest advancements in mental health practices.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health disorders, treatment options, and local community resources enhancing their understanding and resilience.
• Regularly review cases to adapt treatment strategies based on clients' evolving needs and progress, ensuring effective interventions that align with their goals.

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals grappling with trauma, anxiety, and depression. The salary for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 125,000 annually, supplemented by performance-based bonuses.
