• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each individual's circumstances, ensuring they are relevant and effective.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, leveraging your therapeutic modalities to address anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and psychiatrists, to coordinate care and ensure a seamless treatment experience.
• Offer crisis intervention services for clients in acute distress, utilizing your clinical expertise and empathetic approach to guide them through challenging situations.
• Participate in community outreach programs to increase mental health awareness, reduce stigma associated with mental health issues, and promote the services offered by Healing Care.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and effective therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Cultural competence and sensitivity, enabling you to effectively serve a diverse patient population.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in documenting treatment plans and progress notes efficiently.

• Experience working in an outpatient setting, providing therapy to a diverse range of mental health conditions.
• Prior involvement in community outreach initiatives or programs aimed at improving mental health awareness.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
