Key Responsibilities
  • Provide therapeutic support through individual, group, and family sessions tailored to the needs of adolescent and young adult clients.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that address the unique challenges faced by youth.

Qualifications

  • Current licensure in the state of California as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.
  • Availability to dedicate between 12 and 40 hours per week, depending on the contractual arrangement (1099 or W2).
  • For W2 positions, full-time availability is required, with capacity for evening and weekend sessions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to fostering supportive relationships with clients.

  • Experience working with adolescents and young adults in a clinical setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive and falls between USD 115,000 and 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
