• Utilize evidence-based psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions, tailoring your approach based on individual needs, to provide therapy to clients with diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders.
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments during initial client evaluations, subsequently developing well-informed discharge plans to enhance client readiness for sustained recovery.
• Facilitate individual, group, or family therapy sessions, employing creativity and sensitivity to ensure alignment with each patient’s treatment plan.
• Create and implement initial treatment plans based on assessment findings; proactively coordinate additional support services as required, making adjustments according to client progress.
• Document all therapy services and client interactions meticulously according to professional and facility standards, routinely revising documentation to maintain compliance.
• Manage a designated caseload, ensuring timely follow-ups and continuity of care for all clients.
• Participate actively in treatment team meetings, collaborating with colleagues to ensure holistic and integrated service delivery for each patient.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions, and promptly address and resolve any patient complaints regarding their care.
• Prioritize patient safety through adherence to clinical practices and facility protocols.
• Perform additional functions and responsibilities as assigned by supervisory personnel.
