Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and detailed evaluations to craft personalized treatment plans for clients.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, providing individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to address specific client needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, ensuring comprehensive and holistic care for clients.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, adhering to ethical standards and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits

Transitional Living Solutions offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with caseload and experience. In addition to the base salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision plans, malpractice insurance coverage, and unlimited client referrals.
