• Create tailored treatment plans that encompass both mental health disorders and substance dependence, ensuring that the unique needs of each client are addressed.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to foster client engagement and progress.
• Work closely with a team of professionals including physicians, nurses, and social workers to coordinate comprehensive care, focusing on integrated treatment approaches.

• A current and valid mental health license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD) is required.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is necessary; a Master’s or Doctoral degree is preferred.

• Knowledge of and experience with evidence-based practices to treat mental health disorders and substance use issues.
