The Guided Behavioral Reflection Clinic is seeking a dedicated and impactful Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity focused on providing mental health support within a school environment. This position allows for remote work, providing flexibility in scheduling while prioritizing student and family needs. The work primarily involves collaboration with school staff, parents, and community resources. Work hours are generally from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening or weekend commitments required based on client needs.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for students, considering their emotional, social, and academic challenges to develop targeted intervention plans.
• Collaborate with students, families, and educators to create personalized care plans that align with the students' goals and preferences.
• Provide counseling and emotional support, assisting students in navigating life transitions, including academic stressors, family changes, and peer relationships.
• Act as an advocate for student rights, ensuring access to essential resources and support services in the community.
• Engage with an interdisciplinary team of educators, psychologists, and healthcare professionals to coordinate a holistic approach to student care.
• Monitor and assess student progress regularly, adjusting care plans as necessary to address evolving needs.
• Facilitate effective communication among families, students, and school personnel to resolve any conflicts and ensure a unified approach to care.
• Educate clients and their families about community resources, support groups, and initiatives aimed at enhancing their overall quality of life.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and outcomes as mandated by clinical standards and best practices.
• Stay informed about advancements in social work practices, relevant policies, and ethical guidelines to ensure high-quality service delivery.

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse population of students and their families. Your focus will extend to addressing challenges students face in a school environment, including issues related to mental health, social interactions, and educational pressures. Additionally, you will work closely with seniors within the school community, providing support that fosters intergenerational understanding and support.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a closely related field is required, with a master’s degree preferred.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in social work, particularly in educational or geriatric settings.
• Strong understanding of the principles of social work, particularly within the context of mental health issues affecting children and adolescents.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing care plans that cater to a wide range of psychosocial needs.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients, families, and educational staff.

• Experience working collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams in a school setting.
• Familiarity with community resources and support networks beneficial to students and their families.
• Previous experience in crisis intervention and management within educational or community environments.

Guided Behavioral Reflection Clinic offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
