Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize a variety of evidence-based psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions to address emotional and behavioral disorders in individuals and families.
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' needs and develop initial discharge plans effectively.
  • Facilitate engaging individual, group, or family therapy sessions tailored to clients' unique treatment plans.
  • Collaborate during treatment team meetings to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy services provided, adhering to both facility and professional standards.
  • Facilitate the delivery of additional supportive services and revise treatment plans as necessary to enhance client outcomes.
  • Address client concerns promptly and collaboratively, striving to resolve any issues related to care and experience.
  • Recognize and prioritize client safety throughout all interactions and interventions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required.
  • Current state or national licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is mandated for this role.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working effectively with children, adolescents, and adults, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in therapeutic approaches.
  • Proficiency in telehealth practices and familiarity with remote therapeutic tools is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience within a outpatient setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
