  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation following ethical and legal guidelines, contributing to a culture of accountability and transparency.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work primarily with a diverse population of students from various backgrounds, addressing complex mental health needs in a compassionate and culturally sensitive manner. The role emphasizes literacy in trauma-informed care, equipping you to support youth dealing with current life challenges, past adversities, and symptoms that adversely impact their academic and social functioning.

Qualifications
  • A masterโ€™s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Strong knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and mental health strategies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, facilitating effective communication with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting, preferably with school-aged children and adolescents.
  • Proven expertise in implementing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
  • Experience with electronic health records and virtual therapy platforms to maintain efficient client documentation and engagement.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 60,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a competitive sign-on bonus, comprehensive health insurance plans covering medical, dental, and vision, and a robust retirement plan with employer matching to aid your long-term financial goals.
