Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clientsโ€™ mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources, allowing for a personalized treatment approach.
  • Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Implement evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and trauma-informed care, to address and alleviate symptoms.
  • Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans that clearly outline therapeutic goals and interventions, while actively involving clients in their recovery journey.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure coordinated and holistic care.
  • Provide crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans to ensure the well-being of clients, particularly those in acute distress.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and interventions, adhering to ethical and legal standards of practice.
  • Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance clients' coping skills and understanding of mental health.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families who are navigating various mental health challenges. Our clients often present with conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other trauma-related disorders. Your role will focus on empowering clients through therapeutic interventions designed to enhance their mental resilience and overall well-being.

Qualifications
  • Education: A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
