Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group counseling sessions, focusing on understanding clients’ unique challenges and collaboratively developing strategies for improvement.
• Utilize our cloud-based electronic health records (EHR) system to document client interactions and ensure compliance with insurance company requirements, including Medicaid and Medicare.
• Develop and implement treatment programs aimed at addressing symptoms of mental health disorders, trauma, and dual diagnoses, creating a path toward recovery for clients.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and appropriate interventions, all while ensuring a focus on client confidentiality and safety.
• Manage your own caseload effectively, engaging in ongoing professional development and supervision to enhance your therapeutic skills.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress and collaborate with colleagues on best practices for treatment and care.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active, unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state where you will practice.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic techniques and client engagement.
• Access to a reliable laptop/desktop computer, fast internet connection, and web camera for telehealth sessions.
• The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote environment.
• Successful completion of a background check prior to employment.
• Flexibility to work some weekends and evenings, adapting your schedule to meet client needs.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth systems is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits
