Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing flexibility in your work arrangement. As part of our innovative Detox Center, you will work collaboratively with a diverse team from your home office while engaging with clients in various community settings. We embrace technology and utilize state-of-the-art telehealth systems to deliver support and intervention services effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services both in-office and in the community for clients with mental health conditions, reflecting a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Establish and maintain trusting relationships with clients, fostering a safe environment conducive to healing and empowerment.
• Conduct thorough assessments, including brief and evidence-based screenings, to determine the needs of clients and plan appropriate interventions.
• Create and implement integrative care plans, ensuring that clients have access to linked services and that information is efficiently shared among clients, their families, and multidisciplinary providers.
• Participate collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, enhancing collective efforts to achieve common goals and improve service outcomes.
• Deliver focused prevention, treatment, and recovery services tailored to individual client needs, including crisis intervention as required.
• Carry an active caseload, managing a diverse range of therapeutic modalities such as individual, group, and family therapy.
• Monitor client progress throughout their treatment journey, ensuring timely communication regarding admission, continued stay, and discharge criteria.
• Maintain consistent record-keeping and documentation practices, ensuring timely completion of reports and adherence to data submission protocols.
• Contribute to quality improvement efforts by participating in professional development opportunities and team meetings aimed at enhancing service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will engage primarily with individuals experiencing significant mental health challenges, including those with severe emotional disorders. Your compassion and cultural competence will be essential in effectively addressing the diverse needs of clients from various backgrounds, ensuring inclusivity and respect throughout the therapeutic process. You will play a critical role in facilitating recovery and resilience among individuals who often face socio-economic barriers to accessing mental health services.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a closely related field is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience is required, preferably in a similar setting.
• Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida is essential.
• Expertise in assessment, diagnosis, treatment methodologies, and risk assessment applicable to mental health populations is essential.
• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and the ability to maintain professional boundaries while working collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, fostering clear and effective interactions with clients and colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while adhering to deadlines.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working within a detox or substance use treatment environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and best practices in remote client engagement.
• Demonstrated capability in crisis intervention and management techniques.

Compensation and Benefits

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
