As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will have a diverse set of responsibilities aimed at delivering high-quality mental health services:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for patients referred for mental health support, ensuring that treatment plans are tailored to each individual's unique needs and circumstances.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to promote healing and enhance coping strategies.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations, and preserving confidentiality while providing timely updates on patient progress to relevant stakeholders.
• Engage actively in case consultations and interdisciplinary meetings to discuss treatment plans, exchange insights, and ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.
• Provide educational resources and counseling to patients and families regarding terminal illness, mental health conditions, and community support services, empowering them to access necessary resources.
• Participate in ongoing professional development by attending training sessions and staying informed about the latest mental health research and best practices.

In this role, you will primarily serve patients in hospice care, encompassing individuals with chronic and terminal illnesses requiring psychosocial support. You will be instrumental in addressing the emotional, psychological, and social aspects of their care, helping clients and family members navigate grief, loss, and associated challenges.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory, demonstrating your foundational expertise in the field.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Florida is required, establishing your competence and adherence to professional standards.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience is essential, showcasing your ability to handle diverse cases and provide effective treatment.

This full-time position offers competitive compensation ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
