Position Overview

The Core For Relationship Healing is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) for a full-time position in our remote outpatient office based in Port Saint Lucie, Florida. This role involves providing critical mental health support to individuals facing emotional and behavioral challenges. As an LMHC, you will engage with a diverse client base and collaborate with our interdisciplinary teams to foster recovery and wellness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, including crisis management strategies and behavioral guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to implement evidence-based screening tools and develop positive behavior support plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes to ensure high standards of care.
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with community partners, state agencies, and other service systems to enhance client resources and support.
  • Participate in professional development activities which may include attending conferences, workshops, and representing the organization in public forums.
  • Promote The Coreโ€™s mission and values through active community engagement and advocacy efforts.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the clinic's overall objectives.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s Degree in a behavioral health field is a mandatory requirement.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from $86,000 to $103,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
