Mind Elevate Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address clients' unique needs and goals.
  • Provide ongoing consultation for crisis management, creating pre-crisis and crisis plans alongside behavioral guidelines and medication treatment strategies.
  • Timely completion of documentation to comply with regulatory standards, ensuring all clinical records are accurate and up to date.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement positive behavior support plans that promote client engagement and empowerment.
  • Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, maintaining an understanding of best practices within the mental health field.
  • Serve as a liaison to state agencies, community partners, and other relevant service systems, facilitating communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain open channels of communication with stakeholders to meet contract standards and uphold our mission within the community.
  • Explore opportunities for program development and network with local, state, federal, and private organizations to enhance agency visibility and obtain potential partnerships.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s Degree in a behavioral health field is mandatory.
  • Must possess an independent LMHC license issued by the state of Florida.
