Job description

The  Revenue Cycle Operations & Analytics Manager is responsible for driving performance improvement across the revenue cycle through data analysis, reporting, and operational optimization. This role partners with front-end and back-end leaders to translate data into actionable insights, support decision-making, and improve key financial and operational outcomes. The manager oversees reporting, analytics, and performance monitoring while leading initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce denials, and accelerate cash.
This role is expected to be either remote/hybrid/ or primarily on-site to effectively support staff in real time, and drive accountability across Patient Financial Services (some remote capabilities).


Education: High School Diploma 

Additional Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field preferred
Strong experience with Epic (Reporting Workbench, Clarity, Caboodle) or similar systems
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Proven ability to analyze complex data and drive operational improvements
Knowledge of payer requirements, denial management, process improvement & workflow optimization
In-depth knowledge of payer guidelines (commercial, Medicare, Medicaid) and regulatory requirements (CMS, state regulations)
Experience managing vendors and holding them accountable to achieve organizational goals
Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools; ability to build dashboards and analyze large datasets
Strong written communication skills with experience drafting executive summaries
Ability to partner cross-functionally with Patient Access, Coding, Revenue Integrity, Case Management, Patient Financial Services, and Clinical teams
