Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses, devising tailored treatment plans based on individual client needs.
  • Ensure all documentation, including the clientโ€™s ongoing progress notes and treatment plan reviews, is completed according to company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by establishing strong therapeutic relationships with clients and effectively collaborating with team members to enhance service delivery.
  • Apply creative therapeutic interventions to help clients reach and surpass their personal goals, utilizing innovative techniques suited to each client's unique situation.
  • Coordinate care with external partners such as case managers, medical personnel, and family members to provide a wraparound approach to support.
  • Actively participate in clinical staff meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and remain updated with best practices.
  • Engage in additional meaningful tasks that may arise, contributing to the overall success of our clinical objectives.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse client base, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment issues. You will be expected to provide culturally competent care and demonstrate sensitivity to the unique backgrounds and experiences of all clients.

Qualifications
  • A masterโ€™s degree in a behavioral science or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
  • Active clinical licensure (LCPC) in the state of Tennessee.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish professional boundaries while maintaining a supportive therapeutic alliance with clients.
  • Strong organizational skills to complete and submit timely documentation of services.
  • Experience engaging effectively with a diverse range of clients, showcasing adaptability and respect.
Preferred Experience

While we require a minimum of two years of relevant experience, candidates with additional experience in specific therapeutic modalities, crisis intervention, or community mental health may have a competitive edge. Familiarity with electronic health record systems is advantageous, as it will enable efficient documentation and case management.

Compensation and Benefits
