This role is structured to be primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to conduct virtual counseling sessions and engage with clients from the comfort of your home office. Our outpatient facility in Brockton serves as a hub for client care, but most of the interaction will occur digitally, ensuring access to services for clients with varying needs and circumstances. • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized, evidence-based treatment plans targeted toward individual client goals, utilizing therapeutic modalities suited to each client’s unique situation.
• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions to a diverse clientele using appropriate therapeutic interventions, aiming to foster resilience and growth within clients.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary treatment teams, including psychologists and social workers, to create an integrated approach to client care.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision, case consultations, and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge base.
• Occasionally adjust work hours to accommodate client appointments during evenings and weekends, ensuring accessibility and support for all clients.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts.
• A Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field, with a preference for candidates possessing a Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or equivalent.
• At least one year of practical experience conducting individual and group therapy within established mental health settings.
• Proficient in utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques that have proven effective in mental health treatment, such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills that facilitate rapport-building with clients, enhancing their engagement and therapeutic outcomes.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
