• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand patient histories, circumstances, and needs, using your expertise in clinical social work.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in partnership with patients, adapting strategies to meet their unique goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapies, such as solution-focused therapy, behavioral activation, and motivational interviewing, to enhance patient engagement and progress.
• Maintain regular communication with a varied team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists and primary care practitioners, to ensure an integrated approach to student health and well-being.
• Monitor therapy sessions, assess patient responsiveness, and track progress towards established treatment goals, adapting approaches as necessary.
• Assist in the management of psychotropic medications, focusing on treatment adherence and monitoring patient feedback regarding side effects and overall effectiveness.

This role primarily targets school-aged children and adolescents, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns from anxiety and depression to behavioral issues. As a mental health professional in an educational setting, your work will directly impact students' ability to learn, succeed, and thrive both academically and socially.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Must hold a current, valid, and unrestricted license to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within the state of Oregon.
• At least one year of experience as an independently licensed therapist is essential.

• Experience in school-based settings or with adolescent populations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and digital assessment tools will be an asset in this remote position.
