Receptionist & Switchboard, Managed Services
Responsibilities:
- Courteously meet and welcome customers and members of the public
- Answer, screen, and direct all incoming calls
- Assist visitors with visitor badge issuance
- Manage and maintain meeting room schedules
- Stock beverages for meetings
- Assist with room set up including audio/visual equipment
- Review and update the internal telephone directory
- Monitor and ensure the reception and meeting area is kept tidy and presents a professional, businesslike image
- Receive and sort mail/couriers
- Process outgoing mail/couriers
- Perform general administrative support tasks
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or switchboard role
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly develop business relationships
- Strong selfmotivation and resultsdriven mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to regularly lift and push objects up to 30 lbs
