The Moments of Lakeville is a 92-suite memory care community located in Lakeville. We are in search for the right fit to fill a part time evenings and weekend concierge/reception position. This position is one that we believe is very important and sets the tone for all visitors and our resident. A warm welcoming individual with great communication skills and fantastic interpersonal skills is the ideal candidate.
The Moments is a state of the art community with many staff amenities thoughtfully designed with the hardworking team we have in mind. This includes a large staff lounge for breaks with comfortable seating, kitchen area with large island, video games, 65" television and other fun things to relax on your off time. We also have a staff fitness room and lorckerrooms that rival many fitness clubs,
With this Concierge position, you will be part of a comprehensive team providing personalized service for Residents & their loved ones who call this beautiful community a home. The responsibilities of this position will include playing a meaningful role in developing a culture dedicated to optimal healthcare practices, centered on each and every Resident's well-being, while supporting the leadership of the organization. 5-star service is the core cornerstone. In this role, you will be the lead in taking responsibility to demonstrate our dedication to outstanding personalized service, by supporting multiple factions.
Concierge Specifications:
  • This position will ensure that The Moments provides a 5-star hospitality level of personalized service at each and every guest touchpoint.
  • This position will require working every other weekend.
  • The Hospitality Liaison is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and monitoring of in-coming and out-going phone, electronic/digital, and physical facility traffic.
  • Must be comfortable with monitoring entrances & exits, guest lists, and professional services to assure safety & a general atmosphere of well-being.
  • Must have innate passion for serving people living with dementia.
  • Must possess the skills to communicate effectively with all counterparts.
  • Must be able to provide administrative support to leadership team.
  • Must be comfortable with monitoring community-wide safety surveillance.
  • Must be able to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently.
  • Must be willing to support Sale & Marketing engagement.
  • Able to work weekends and evenings.
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Exemplify a warm, welcoming, efficient, competent general disposition.

Other Requirements:
  • Must receive a "not disqualified" criminal background result from Department of Human Services
  • Must be screened for TB.
