Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist / Office Services Associate to support our client's corporate office. This position is primarily responsible for front desk reception, greeting visitors, answering and directing incoming calls, and providing outstanding customer service. Approximately 90% of the role is focused on reception duties, with additional cross-training and support provided for mailroom and office services operations.
Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors, employees, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls from across the United States.
  • Assist applicants and visitors with general inquiries and required documentation.
  • Issue visitor badges, employee access cards, and temporary credentials.
  • Schedule and coordinate conference room reservations.
  • Respond to emails, service tickets, and front desk inquiries.
  • Support incoming and outgoing mail processing, including sorting and distribution.
  • Process FedEx, USPS, and other shipping and receiving activities.
  • Perform copy, print, scanning, and document support services.
  • Assist with conference room setup and office services requests.
  • Maintain company phone directories and speed dial lists.
  • Issue and track company loaner cell phones.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing labels, assembling manuals, filing, and data entry.
  • Provide support to various departments as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
  • Participate in company initiatives and community service events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
