What You'll Do
- Develop, test, and maintain CNC machining programs for complex tooling components.
- Create efficient machining strategies and tool paths that maximize quality and productivity.
- Interpret blueprints, CAD models, and technical specifications.
- Optimize programs to improve cycle times and reduce waste.
- Support first-piece inspections and troubleshoot machining issues.
- Partner with tooling designers and engineers to bring new projects to life.
- Maintain setup sheets, tooling lists, and revision controls.
- Contribute to a culture focused on safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Required Qualifications
โข Associate degree in machining, manufacturing technology, or equivalent experience.
โข 3-5 years of CNC programming experience.
โข Experience with Mastercam, SolidWorks, or similar CAD/CAM software.
โข Strong blueprint reading and GD&T skills.
โข Ability to prioritize work and solve problems independently.
โข Familiarity with CNC controls and manufacturing processes.
Bonus Points If You Have
โข Experience in mold manufacturing, plastics, or thermoforming.
โข 3-axis and 5-axis programming experience.
โข Additional CAD experience with SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
