As a Memory Care Manager, you will lead our memory care team by overseeing memory care unit’s daily operations, leading residents’ activities and programing in coordination with Life Enrichment Director, providing staff training within a Dementia/ Memory care unit, promoting safety and leading the implementation of behavioral interventions, maintaining regulatory compliance in coordination with the Interdisciplinary Team. This is a Full-time position with some flexibility needed for evening or weekend programing.
