What You'll Do: 

As a Production Supervisor, you will lead manufacturing teams in a fast-paced production environment while driving safety, productivity, quality, and employee engagement. You’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations, developing team members, and ensuring production goals are consistently achieved.

  • Lead Team Leaders and production associates across one or more manufacturing departments.
  • Ensure daily production schedules and operational goals are consistently met.
  • Remove production constraints through coordination of tools, fixtures, materials, and staffing resources.
  • Partner with Production Management to support operational budgets, labor efficiency, and production performance targets.
  • Promote a strong safety culture by participating in safety initiatives, investigations, and corrective action implementation.
  • Ensure standard work procedures and quality expectations are consistently followed.
  • Monitor KPIs and production performance metrics while developing corrective action or recovery plans as needed.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop employees through feedback, training, and performance management.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and employee development initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts focused on productivity, efficiency, quality, and employee engagement.
  • Work cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to support operational success.
  • Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives and process improvements.
  • Maintain a hands-on leadership approach and assist with problem-solving on the production floor.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2-year business or technical degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Hands-on leadership style with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong understanding of production metrics, operational efficiency, and quality standards.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, TPS, or ISO9001 environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with SAP preferred.
