Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Production Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, processing, and preparing customer parts for surface polishing and shipment. You will operate various tools and equipment, including forklifts, hand tools, and power tools, while ensuring all work meets customer specifications and company quality standards.


SIGN-ON BONUS:

$500 @ 30 days

$500 @ 60 days

$1,000 @ 90 days


Available Shifts:

Swing: M-F 4:00pm - 12:00am

Weekend: Fri - Sun 6:00am - 6:00pm


Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect incoming customer parts for damage; report discrepancies to management.
  • Perform surface polishing and ensure parts meet customer specifications.
  • Load and unload media into machines; prep bowls/MVs for next load.
  • Wash and clean parts according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Use forklifts and hand/power tools safely and effectively.
  • Double-check all work before processing to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and document any discrepancies promptly.
  • Assist in preparing parts for shipping and support management with additional tasks as needed.
  • Follow all safety protocols and review the company's quality policy weekly.
  • Perform routine production maintenance, including cleaning and upkeep of equipment and work areas.
  • Work collaboratively and contribute to a supportive and team-oriented work environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Forklift operation experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Willingness and ability to work overtime when required.
  • U.S. citizenship is mandatory to comply with ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations).

Physical Demands:

  • Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.
