Position Details:

The responsibilities of a Production Team Member include, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Understands and follow all food service health and sanitation guidelines

  • Ensure cleanliness and uphold all sanitation standards of all workstations and equipment

  • Learn and stay up to date on all Production processes & procedures

  • Ensure quality of all products upheld to Blue Star standards

  • Follow assigned station procedures; mixing, rolling, scooping, cutting and forming dough

  • Demonstrate proficiency in finishing production; frying, glazing, and delivery preparation

  • Demonstrate proficiency in product knowledge, and operation of all kitchen equipment

  • Assist in packaging + labeling production as assigned

  • Meet daily production goals and deadlines assigned by Production Management team

  • Adhere to all Blue Star recipes and procedures, assigned by Chef or Production Management team

  • Ensure quality of all products upheld to Blue Star standards

  • Accomplish daily, weekly, monthly cleaning assignments
