Job description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Act as administrative support for the production team
  2. Update and communicate production weekly plan according to inventory control file.
  3. Generate production paperwork according to production plan.
  4. Generate production reconciliation file for all production lines daily.
  5. Create production summary for consumption.
  6. Write employee weekly schedule and update in UKG.
  7. Review employee hours (UKG) throughout the week, make corrections and update as needed.
  8. Review down time reports and generate weekly report for all production lines.
  9. Track reported waste in all production lines.
  10. Update efficiency file weekly to include Tonnage, Hours (Training Hours), Downtime and waste.
  11. Generate employee production schedule according to Production Weekly Plan.
  12. Update Production communication board with production efficiency #'s.
  13. Perform product quality evaluations daily.
  14. Manage frozen product program (orders, product in transit, inventory, etc.).
  15. Assist with customers and product transfer to outside storage.
  16. Troubleshoot and contact outside support with computer, printer and other help desk issues.
  17. Other administrative tasks and functions as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Communicate (speak, read, write in English).
- Sit, stand, walk, grasp, perform repetitive movements and move rapidly for extended periods.
- Lift, push/pull up to 10lbs regularly, up to 25lbs occasionally
- Learn products, and department policies.
- Perform duties with efficiency and accuracy.
- Able to write and ensure technical content is correct.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook Express efficiency required
