What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Producer, Experiential with a passion for transforming creative concepts into exceptional brand experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is adept at problem-solving, and excels at managing experiential activations from ideation through execution.
The Senior Producer, Experiential will work closely with Environmental Designers, as well as producers, designers, and strategists, to lead the production and execution of environmental and experiential projects. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of 3D fabrication, strong project management skills, and the ability to navigate budgets, logistics, and on-site execution with ease. They are proactive, solution-oriented, and highly skilled at balancing creative ambition with operational efficiency.
This role serves as a key partner to creative leadership, translating vision into actionable production plans and ensuring seamless execution of immersive brand activations.
As a Senior Producer, you will…
Collaborate Across Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Live Program Producers, ACDs, Directors, Video Producers, and Project Leads, to execute high-impact experiential activations.
Oversee Planning & Execution: Oversee pre-event planning and on-site execution, including venue sourcing, vendor management, scheduling, and contract negotiations.
Manage Timelines: Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring seamless coordination between creative, production, and vendor teams.
Track Budgets & Financials: Manage budgets for installations and track overall project financials alongside ACDs, producers, and project leads.
Build Vendor Partnerships: Source, establish, and maintain relationships with vendors, fabricators, and other external partners to ensure quality execution.
Oversee Event Logistics: Oversee logistics for installations, including furniture, signage, F&B, and other production needs.
Contribute to Creative Ideation: Contribute to creative ideation, bringing production expertise to the development of unique experiential activations.
Lead Select Installations: Act as a project lead on select installations, overseeing production from concept to final execution.
Support Client Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for clients on production-related matters, ensuring alignment with the creative vision and expectations.
Adapt to Evolving Needs: Demonstrate flexibility, problem-solving, and adaptability in fast-moving projects and evolving client needs.
Lead On-Site Execution: Provide hands-on leadership during on-site execution to ensure the highest level of detail and production quality.
Foster Strong Relationships: Foster strong relationships with Brand Apart staff, contractors, clients, and creative partners to drive collaboration and project success.
Skill Requirements:
  • 8+ years of professional experience in event production, experiential marketing, or project management.
  • Proven expertise in leading large-scale event execution, with strong knowledge of 3D fabrication and logistics coordination.
  • Experience working across multiple industries and brands, demonstrating versatility and adaptability.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Keynote, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Working knowledge of project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet).
  • Strong client-facing communication skills, with an ability to present and articulate production plans effectively.
  • Bonus skills: CAD/Meeting Matrix, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp.
