Job Summary:
Veracity Software Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled BI Solutions Architect with deep expertise in Power BI and the Microsoft BI ecosystem. The role involves designing scalable BI architectures, building advanced data models, and delivering insightful dashboards that drive strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement end-to-end BI architecture using Power BI and Microsoft BI stack
• Ensure alignment with business requirements, scalability, and best practices
• Define BI standards, frameworks, and governance models
• Develop efficient and scalable dimensional data models
• Optimize data structures for reporting and analytics
• Implement best practices in DAX and Power Query
• Lead development of interactive dashboards and reports
• Deliver actionable insights for business stakeholders
• Ensure usability, performance, and visual clarity
• Integrate Power BI with: Multiple data sources (SQL, cloud, APIs)
• Enterprise systems
• Collaborate with data engineering and IT teams
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
• Optimize: Queries
• Data models
• Report rendering
• Implement caching and data refresh strategies
• Implement data security and access controls
• Ensure compliance with: Organizational policies

Qualifications:
Required:
• 5–7+ years of experience in Power BI (Architect-level experience required)
• Strong expertise in Microsoft BI Suite
• Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps
• Advanced skills in Data Modeling (Dimensional Modeling)
• DAX and Power Query
• Strong experience with SQL
• Python
• Jupyter Notebooks
• Experience integrating Power BI with multiple data sources
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proven ability to lead BI projects and collaborate cross-functionally
Preferred:
• Experience with Azure Data Services (Azure Synapse, Data Factory, etc.)
• Exposure to other BI tools and platforms
• Power BI Certification
