Employees working weekend shifts at the post office often manage higher customer volumes within shorter hours, which can lead to a fast-paced work environment. Weekend staff may also encounter staffing shortages, requiring them to multitask and cover multiple roles, such as assisting at the counter, sorting mail, and handling package drop-offs.
