We are seeking a Pool Server who understands that the pool experience is an extension of the hotel's hospitality and often one of the most memorable parts of a guest's stay. In this role, you are not just serving food and beverages, you are creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere where guests feel cared for without interruption to their leisure. Your ability to balance attentiveness with discretion, speed with accuracy, and personality with professionalism directly impacts guest satisfaction. This role matters because it brings energy, service, and consistency to a dynamic outdoor environment while reinforcing the overall guest experience and brand standards.
What You'll Do
  • Maintain a high level of positive and professional interaction with guests, coworkers, and leadership.
  • Greet guests promptly and provide attentive, friendly, and personalized poolside service.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver items in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrate strong menu knowledge including food items, cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Monitor guest needs throughout their experience and anticipate requests.
  • Ensure proper verification of guest identification for alcohol service and follow all liquor laws and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of poolside service areas, tables, and stations.
  • Handle cash, credit card transactions, and room charges accurately and responsibly.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties including stocking, cleaning, and preparing service areas.
  • Maintain awareness of pool safety guidelines and report any concerns to management.
  • Support overall team operations and assist in other areas as needed.
