Equipment Operator - Timberlane Landfill
Location: Oakdale, LA
Pay: $21-24/hour (based on experience), weekly pay
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM + Occasional Weekends
We're looking for a skilled Equipment Operator to join our landfill team in Oakdale, LA. If you've got 3+ years of experience on a dozer and compactor and take pride in keeping a site safe, clean, and running smooth - we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
  • Operate heavy equipment, including dozers and compactors
  • Compact waste efficiently and safely
  • Transport dirt and other materials as needed
  • Act as a spotter to support safe on-site operations
  • Perform daily checks, cleaning, and basic maintenance on equipment
  • Help maintain a clean, safe and compliant facility
  • Work outdoors in all types of weather, rain or shine
