Summary: This position is responsible for leading and managing daily Front Office operations to ensure exceptional guest service, efficient hotel processes, and achievement of revenue goals. The Guest Service Manager supervises and develops front office teams, oversees guest experiences from arrival to departure, ensures brand and quality standards are met, manages operational procedures, and supports overall hotel performance.

Qualifications:

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent; previous hotel, restaurant, or hospitality experience is preferred. Strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest service, and team leadership is desired, along with excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate can manage daily operations, support and develop team members, and maintain high service and performance standards in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be proficient with computers and technical systems, including Microsoft Office, and able to use office equipment efficiently and accurately. The ability to obtain any required government or brand-specific permits, licenses, or certifications is required. This role requires a flexible schedule, including varied shifts, nights, weekends, holidays, and a minimum commitment of 40 hours per week.
