Full-Time Weekend Marketing Clinical Liaison

Greenwood Regional Rehabilitation Hospital in Greenwood, South Carolina is a cutting-edge inpatient rehab hospital that serves patients from Greenwood and the surrounding Lakelands region with excellence and compassion. Our knowledgeable team of therapists, nurses, and rehabilitation physicians works closely with patients and their loved ones to develop customized therapy plans and realistic goals. We have a great opportunity for a Full-Time Weekend Marketing Clinical Liaison. Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.

Position Summary:

In this high-impact role, you will combine your clinical expertise with relationship building and business development skills to evaluate patients, determine admission criteria, support referral-to-admission growth, and clearly communicate the value of inpatient rehabilitation to referral partners.

What You Bring:

One of the following licenses is required, RN, PT, OT, or RT.

  • Experience working in the medical environment promoting programs and services.
  • Ability to build strong relationships in an assigned territory utilizing clinical and selling skills.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Current, valid, and active drivers' license, proof of automobile insurance, and clean driving record required
  • 3 years healthcare experience preferred (healthcare sales experienced preferred).
  • Current, valid, and active clinical licensure required (RN, LVN/LPN, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Respiratory Therapist)).
Additional Qualifications/Skills:
  • Ability to travel in regional area on a regular basis.
  • Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of patient mix, regulatory requirements, reimbursements, etc., that impact overall hospital operations.

  • Effective organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Responsible for evaluating patients and determining if s/he meets admissions criteria. Prepares development plans, conducts calls, and presents to potential referral sources. Integrates the hospital's mission and "Guiding Principles" into daily practice.
