Job Description
Cape Fox subsidiary, Cape Fox Federal Integrators, LLC (CFFI) is seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to support analytical operations at Redstone Arsenal (Huntsville), Alabama. The Site Operations Manager will provide dedicated oversight for Huntsville analytical operations in accordance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) 2.5.6, directly lead the assigned analytical teams and site workforce, and ensure successful PWS task execution. The position requires strong analytical leadership, communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead complex analytical efforts in support of customer and contract requirements. This position is contingent upon award. Incumbents are encouraged to apply!
The salary range (or hiring range) for this exempt position is: $110,000 - 131,600
The above salary range represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. In addition, we offer a variety of benefits, including company holidays, paid time off, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, as well as a 401K with company match. This job will be posted until filled or withdrawn.
Core Duties:
  • Provide direct oversight of all analytical teams in accordance with PWS 2.5.6
  • Lead complex analytical efforts, including planning, task coordination, quality review, reporting, and delivery of analytical support to meet customer and contract requirements
  • Directly lead the Huntsville site workforce, assign priorities, monitor task execution, and ensure personnel perform assigned PWS responsibilities effectively and safely
  • Coordinate with Government personnel, Contracting Officer's Representatives (COR), analytical stakeholders, and contractor leadership to resolve operational issues and maintain uninterrupted analytical support
  • Ensure operations meet time standards, reporting requirements, performance objectives, quality control expectations, and customer service requirements
  • Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and tracking tools for assigned analytical activities

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant or task-related field
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience leading analytical teams or managing complex analytical efforts in support of operational, programmatic, logistics, or mission requirements
  • Minimum of 3+ years of leadership experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) operations, programs, contracts, or mission requirements
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage analytical personnel, coordinate across stakeholders, and resolve complex operational priorities
  • Must demonstrate professionalism, sound judgment, and the technical knowledge necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position
  • Must have an Active Secret Security Clearance
  • Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
