Cotti Foods began in 1967 with one Taco Bell restaurant in Southern California. Today, we operate over 200 Taco Bell and Wendy's locations across six states. We're seeking a friendly, organized, and experienced Receptionist to join our corporate team.
This position is based out of our corporate office in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA and requires 100% onsite attendance.

What you will do:
As the first point of contact for Cotti Foods' corporate office, the Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment. This position is responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing incoming calls, and supporting a wide range of administrative tasks that contribute to the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Greet and direct visitors; ensure a professional and welcoming front desk.
  • Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference rooms in Outlook.
  • Answer and route high-volume calls using a multi-line phone system with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Prepare and manage outgoing/incoming mail, packages, and express deliveries (UPS, FedEx, etc.).
  • Maintain office and kitchen supplies; place orders as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized supply room and coordinate routine maintenance and repairs (e.g. copier, kitchen appliances, plumbing, alarm system).
  • Support multiple departments with administrative tasks and special projects.
  • Organize and manage weekly car wash service for staff.
  • Manage document filing and coordinate shredding/storage of old files.
  • Assist with general office upkeep.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of receptionist or administrative experience in a corporate or professional office environment.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Experience handling office mail and shipments
  • Experience supporting multiple departments.
Education:
  • High School graduate or GED certificate required
