The Atrium Health Floyd Primary Care Network, with locations in seven counties in northwest Georgia and northeast Alabama, has opportunities for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.

Office Hours: Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM

Primary clinic based out of Rome, Ga 

Rotate to all Primary Care facilities across Atrium Health Floyd service area
