Job description

We are a boutique law firm located in Carlsbad specializing in the representation of financial institutions. We are seeking an associate attorney to join our litigation team. Experience in collections/bankruptcy litigation preferred but not required. Must be licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of California. No experience required and we welcome newly licensed attorneys to apply.

As an associate attorney with our firm, you will have the opportunity to gain extensive experience in all phases of litigation, from preparing pleadings, conducting discovery, court appearances and preparing for trial. Please submit your resume and salary requirements.
