Weekend Registered Nurse (RN)

Schedule: Saturday & Sunday | 6:00 am – 10:00 pm (16-hour shifts) Pay: $45-$55/hour

We are seeking a dedicated Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and play a vital role in delivering compassionate, high-quality care. In this role, you'll serve as a clinical leader—providing hands-on care, supporting staff, and ensuring our residents receive outstanding care every weekend.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents/patients with compassion and professionalism
  • Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care
  • Monitor resident conditions and communicate updates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans for long-term healthcare needs
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
  • Complete clinical documentation including assessments, orders, progress notes, and medication records
  • Observe and report changes in resident condition or medication reactions promptly
  • Assist with emergency response situations, including CPR when necessary
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company clinical regulations and standards

Qualifications

  • Active Washington State RN license in good standing
