Scheduleย 

This role is full time and primarily Mondayโ€“Friday, business hours, with occasional evening and weekend Manager on Duty responsibilities.ย

Position Purpose

  • A Good Will Ambassador for this living center.ย ย 

  • The Community Relations Manager works continuously in marketing and promoting this ALC to community referral sources, and the community at large toย ensureย the homeย attainsย and maintains full occupancy.ย ย 


Qualificationsย 

  • Strong social and interpersonal relationships.ย 

  • Desire and ability to professionallyย representย the home to the community at large, including at networking events, senior/health fairs and expos (etc.), make presentations and public speaking about this ALC and related topics.ย ย 

  • Word processing and clerical skills, pleasant telephone manner and greeting skills as well as experience in residential services to seniors, leasing,ย salesย or marketing preferred.ย 

  • Must have a positive and respectful attitude toward the care of the frail elderly, ability to read, write and carry out directions; maturity to deal effectively with the demands and stresses of the job in a professional and confidential manner.ย ย 

  • Able to legally drive to and from marketing events and opportunities.ย 

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.ย 

  • Must be able to pass theย stateย mandatory criminal background screening.ย

Physical and Mental Requirementsย 

  • Able to stand/sitย for extended periods of time;ย bend, stoop, turn, twist, squat, kneel, push, pull, reach, and stretch.ย 

  • Able toย liftย upย toย 25 Pounds.ย 

  • Able to work on site or at marketing events, not a remote work position.ย 

  • Licensed Driver with the ability to drive to appointments as needed.ย
