The Direct Support Professional (DSP) plays a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with developmental, intellectual, or physical disabilities by providing compassionate and personalized care. This position involves supporting clients in their daily activities, promoting independence, and fostering community integration. The DSP collaborates closely with families, healthcare providers, and other team members to develop and implement individualized support plans. Ultimately, this role is essential in creating a safe, supportive, and empowering environment that encourages growth and well-being.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
