About the role...
Sales Associates are responsible for assisting customers throughout the LAKE shopping experience. You should interact with each customer with the goal of introducing the brand, answering product questions, closing the sale, and building a long-term client relationship. The Sales Associate will also be responsible for daily stock maintenance and for merchandising products in thoughtful, inspiring ways that are aesthetically aligned with the brand.

  • Provide personalized, high-touch service, offering styling advice, listening to client needs, and tailoring recommendations, to create memorable client experiences that embody the LAKE brand.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the brand's product offerings, including collections, fabrics, craftsmanship, and key selling points.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Assist Store Manager and Leads in maintaining the visual presentation of the store, ensuring products are displayed according to brand guidelines and best practices.
  • Process transactions accurately, including handling cash, credit, and gift cards.
  • Work closely with fellow sales associates and management to uphold LAKE's cultural environment and contribute to team sales goals.
  • Share product knowledge and best practices with colleagues, contributing to the overall development of the team.
