What does a weekend manager do?

A Weekend Manager is responsible for overseeing operations and staff during weekends, ensuring that business runs smoothly when senior management may not be present. Their duties often include supervising employees, handling customer service issues, managing schedules, and ensuring that all company policies are followed. Weekend Managers often work in retail, hospitality, healthcare, or other industries that operate outside normal business hours.
