About Tulsa Housing Impact Fund (THIF):

Tulsa Housing Impact Fund is dedicated to fostering equitable community and economic development through strategic housing investments. Our mission is to drive measurable impact by deploying capital, strengthening partnerships, and advancing initiatives that expand access to quality housing in Tulsa.

We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and strategic professional to serve as a Fund Operations Manager for the Tulsa Housing Impact Fund.


Position Overview:

This role goes beyond traditional administrative support. The Operations Manager will act as a strategic partner to the President, helping manage organizational priorities, streamline operations, and ensure execution across key initiatives.

This individual will play a central role in:

  • Managing THIF’s internal operations
  • Supporting board and committee governance
  • Coordinating loan pipeline and financial workflows
  • Overseeing compliance and reporting across THIF’s full capital stack (grants, philanthropic investments, and national capital investors)
  • Driving accountability and follow-through across projects


The ideal candidate is both detail-oriented and big-picture focused, capable of moving seamlessly between administrative excellence and operational leadership.


Key Responsibilities:

Executive & Strategic Support

  • Serve as a trusted partner to the President, helping manage priorities, decision-making, and organizational flow
  • Proactively identify gaps, streamline processes, and improve operational efficiency
  • Track key initiatives, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups are met


Operations Management

  • Support day-to-day management of THIF operations, including internal coordination and cross-functional alignment
  • Develop and maintain systems, workflows, and trackers for organizational activities
  • Assist in implementing strategic initiatives and monitoring performance metrics


Board & Committee Management

  • Coordinate all Board of Directors and committee meetings (scheduling, agendas, materials, minutes)
  • Ensure timely preparation and distribution of board and committee materials
  • Track action items and ensure follow-up on board and committee decisions
  • Support governance compliance and documentation


Loan Pipeline & Program Management

  • Help manage and track THIF’s loan pipeline from intake through closing
  • Coordinate with internal staff, borrowers, and partners to ensure efficient deal flow


Financial, Capital Partner Compliance & Reporting

  • Assist with financial management processes, including tracking budgets, expenditures, and reporting timelines
  • Oversee compliance and reporting requirements across THIF’s full capital stack, including: 
    • National capital investors
    • Local and national philanthropic partners
    • Grant funding sources
  • Coordinate and prepare investor, philanthropic, and grant reports, including financial performance, impact metrics, and program outcomes
  • Maintain detailed reporting calendars to ensure all compliance deadlines, deliverables, and obligations are met across funding sources
  • Serve as a coordination point between THIF, funders, investors, and partners to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality reporting
  • Support audits, diligence processes, and documentation requests from capital partners
  • Ensure alignment between program execution, financial tracking, and reporting requirements


Scheduling, Communications, & Events

  • Support management of the President’s calendar and ensure alignment with organizational priorities
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, site visits, trainings, and community engagements
  • Serve as a professional liaison with stakeholders, partners, funders, and community leaders


Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain relationships with Tulsa-based partners, stakeholders, and community organizations
  • Represent the organization professionally in meetings and community settings when needed
  • Co-management of THIF media sites and public performance updates and media releases 


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in executive support, operations, consulting, program management, or similar roles
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex projects, compliance, or reporting across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong organizational, systems-building, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience supporting boards and governance structures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly for external reporting and stakeholder communications
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and judgment
  • Ability to anticipate needs and operate independently in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Salesforce and project management tools

Preferred:

  • Experience in nonprofit, housing, community development, or impact investing sectors
  • Familiarity with multi-source capital structures (grants, philanthropic funding, and investment capital)
  • Experience with investor relations, compliance, and reporting requirements
  • Familiarity with loan processes, financial tracking, or fund operations
  • Established relationships or deep familiarity with the Tulsa community


Location & Travel Expectations:

  • Based in or willing to relocate to Tulsa, OK


COMPENSATION

Starting salary range is $85,000 to $100,000 commensurate with education and experience.
