What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

The Freebirds Assistant Manager is responsible for the overall operations of one assigned Freebirds location at a time and reports to the General Manager. Performance is measured against Company values and meeting various financial KPIs, in addition to upholding ethical standards expected for any similar position.

  • Decision-making, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to create and present ideas, reports, and budgets in various formats
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to assign and delegate tasks
  • Must have a food safety manager certification upon hire
  • Must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Able to withstand comfortably the physical demands of a restaurant environment.
