Location: Apex, NC
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 7:30am–4:30pm
Pay: Starting at $16/hour (with growth opportunities)

Benefits: Eligible after 30 days

About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to join our production team as an Embroidery Machine Operator. No prior embroidery experience is required. We provide hands-on training and are happy to teach the right person. If you enjoy working with your hands, staying organized, and being part of a team, you’ll do great in this role.

What You’ll Do

· Operate embroidery machines to decorate apparel and gear

· Follow work orders and instructions to ensure accuracy

· Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met

· Help maintain machines (cleaning, oiling, and general upkeep)

· Keep your workspace clean and organized

· Communicate with team members and managers to keep work flowing smoothly

Physical Requirements
