Embroidery Operator - 2nd Shift
Location: PepWear, 1540 High Meadows Way, Cedar Hill, TX, 75104
Job Summary
PepWear is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Embroidery Operator to join our team on the 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will have experience operating Tajima embroidery machines and be proficient in threading machines, hooping garments, and performing quality control in a fast-paced environment. This role requires the ability to multitask effectively while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Tajima embroidery machines efficiently and accurately.
  • Thread embroidery machines and prepare them for production runs.
  • Hoop garments properly to ensure precise embroidery placement.
  • Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality.
  • Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Report any machine malfunctions or production issues promptly.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as an embroidery operator, preferably with Tajima machines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Skilled in hooping garments accurately.
  • Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Shift Hours
2nd Shift afternoon/evening hours 2:45 p.m.- 11 p.m.
