Location: Green Bay, WI

This is a full-time position. Shifts will be from 2:00pm to 11:00pm, weekdays and weekends.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Providing guests with prompt, courteous service that exceeds their expectations
  • Assisting guests with their arrival, departure, luggage, and vehicles
  • Valet parking vehicles
  • Driving the guest shuttle in the Green Bay area
  • Identification of guest and room number, analyzing the logistics and the most efficient procedures of bringing luggage to guest's room
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of all in-house facilities and hours of operation, as well as daily activities and area attractions
