What are the typical responsibilities and challenges of working in a Weekend Library role?

In a Weekend Library role, you’ll typically be responsible for assisting patrons with locating materials, managing checkouts and returns, and ensuring the library remains organized and welcoming. • Coordinate with external partners and vendors for event-related logistics.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance across digital channels (social media, email, website, events).
  • Create dashboards and reports highlighting key performance metrics to guide marketing strategy.
  • Use data insights to recommend improvements and optimize future campaigns.

Team Support & Collaboration

  • Provide coverage and project support during peak times or when teammates are out of office.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing team members to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Maintain organization of shared marketing resources, including SharePoint sites and digital asset libraries.

Requirements

Qualifications...

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, digital content, or event coordination.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience with social media management platforms (Sprout Social preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of WordPress for website content management.
  • Experience in data analytics and creating campaign performance reports.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel and work occasional evenings/weekends for event coverage.

Strongly Preferred:

  • Prior experience in banking, financial services, or other regulated industries is strongly preferred.
  • Advanced video editing and digital signage management experience.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

What we are looking for...

  • A utility teammate who can step into multiple roles and keep projects moving forward.
  • A creative problem solver who thrives on variety and juggling different tasks.
